臺灣玉的奇幻旅程-The Fantastic Journey of Taiwan Jade

  • 展館說明：僅出產於花蓮的臺灣玉，早在五千年前就被先民製作成錛鑿類的工具，四千年前開始被加工作為裝飾品，至新石器晚期卑南文化階段發展出種類繁多的玉飾品。特別是人獸形玉玦在當時似乎成為稀有的奢侈品，在全島出現。而在東南亞地區也發現了臺灣玉的蹤跡，只是流行的樣式並不相同。近年來在舊香蘭遺址發現了以臺灣玉製作的Lingling-O 玉器，直接證明了台灣與東南亞地區曾經的互動往來。

    Taiwan jade, which is only produced in Hualien, was made into adze and chisel tools by ancestors as early as 5,000 years ago, and began to be processed as ornaments 4,000 years ago. Jade jewelry. In particular, the human-beast-shaped jade seems to have become a rare luxury at that time and appeared all over the island. In Southeast Asia, traces of Taiwan jade have also been found, but the popular styles are not the same. In recent years, Lingling-O jade artifacts made of Taiwan jade have been discovered at the old pandan site, which directly proves the interaction between Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
