Open: Tuesday – Sunday 09:00-17:00
Closed: Mondays (except those which are national holidays, make-up holidays, or election days) and Lunar New Year’s Eve/Day. Announcements to be made in case of irregular closures.

- Taiwanese citizens over 65 (but only half price on holidays and weekends).
- Those who have a Taiwan government-issued handbook for the physically and mentally impaired. (Each of these people may be accompanied by another person if necessary, and both will be admitted for free.)
- Holders of a Service Honor Card.
- Free admission on Wednesdays for teachers and students with related proof of ID.

- Those who wish to obtain discounted/free admission must present a related form of ID.
- Those who are eligible for free admission must still obtain a ticket before entering the exhibition areas.
- The above offers are available to both citizens and non-citizens of Taiwan.
Note
● The information desk in the lobby has a lost and found as well as audio guides, strollers, wheelchairs, and walkers with seats that may be borrowed for free.
● We provide a basic first aid kit, accessible areas, and accessible restrooms.
● Please do not climb or run in the exhibit areas so as not to disturb other visitors.
● No selfie sticks, tripod or flash photography.
● No pets or dangerous articles.
● No smoking.
● If any type of emergency occurs (fire, earthquake, power outage, etc.), please follow evacuation instructions given by museum staff.
