Reservation Guidelines
- Please specify the group name and event
name for purpose of verification. (Example:
Council for Cultural Affairs - Arts and
Humanities Camp) Please fill related information
for further contact.
- Please submit the reservation form 7
days prior to the visit. The museum will
arrange the tours in order of the time
of receipt. If reservation form is submitted
7 days in advance, please fax the confirmation
form 4 days prior to the visit.
- For other requests, please explain in
details in writing. Reply from related
departments will be provided.
- Due to limited space, the suggested
group size is 45 people. For larger groups,
the number of tour guides will be adjusted
if available. However, please be aware
that the tour quality may be affected
by overcrowded groups.
- Films are available at the video/audio
section, which accommodates 180 people.
For larger groups, more showings could
be requested.
